bc_unF***Normals HDA
Since mankind first began connecting vertices with polygons we've had to deal with the scourge of.... flipped polygon normals.
This issue can often present in complex models that have been generated in other apps and can incur a lot of tedious manual labor to correct.
bc_unF***Normals is a lightweight locked .hdalc that analyzes individual pieces of a model and attempts to determine if a piece's normals are flipped. If they are found to be flipped, it reverses that mesh's normals. This asset performs best for meshes that are watertight or at least loosely convex, but cannot be guaranteed to work in all situations.
If it does happen to save you an hour here or there, consider supporting with a donation or by purchasing the Tinker Tier - with access to an unlocked version of the HDA and an exhaustively annotated HIP file walking through the process of developing the HDA.
